"Closeup Bible Truck in Sepia" A closeup of a truck decorated from bumper to bumper in handpainted bible verse and symbols. This old truck is a beautiful testament as it stands in front of the man-made Salvation Mountain created by Leonard Knight.

The giant man made monument was created by Knight after many attempted failures to spread the Word. Knight felt compelled to share the message "God is Love" in a grand way. He had spent 14 years devoted to creating a hot air balloon using scraps and found fabric. Unfortunately when it was finally time to fly it had started to deteriorate. This misfortune was discovered near the site that will be eventually the famous Salvation Mountain. Leonard had many heart crushing setbacks and roadblocks but his story is of determination and the monument stands still today.
