Description

Photograph titled "King of the Carousel" is a wonderful picture that brings me back to my Childhood. The brightly colored rides and mesmerizing music beckons children to join in the magic. The Living Desert is a magical place in itself, a naturalized zoo and botanical gardens that also has its very own animal hospital for rescued desert animals. Our community is surrounded by the desert and mountains of Southern California which means lots of nature can turn up on our doorstep at any moment. The wonderful people at the Living Desert Zoo have rescued and healed a wide variety of native animals.
