Description

"Closeup of Road Runner by Dragon in Palm Desert" is a wonderful photograph of a wild road runner on a cold California day. He was puffed up to about twice his size and I am not sure if it was because he was cold or because he was friendly but he allowed me to get right up next to him. He even stayed put while I cleaned the humming bird feeder inches away from him. Had probably way to much fun photographing this amazing bird. Photograph taken in Palm Desert January 2019
