Photograph titled "Butter & Pincushions" One of my favorite places to visit is the Living Desert in Palm Desert California. A wonderful naturalized zoo that has just introduced a butterfly exhibit this year. I found this beautiful butter yellow butterfly on periwinkle purple pincushion flowers. Of course I am partial to butterflies and this is a wonderful bright picture to bring a little of the outdoors into your home.
